Reclaiming Wholeness Training offers a fresh, experiential approach to therapy and spirituality—one that honours the depth of human experience while pointing directly to the innate wholeness at the heart of being. Rooted in the understanding that healing does not come from fixing the self, but from seeing through the illusion of separation, our training supports therapists, facilitators, and sincere explorers in embodying presence, deepening insight, and integrating spiritual clarity with psychological depth. This is not a method to acquire, but a way of seeing that transforms how we meet ourselves and others.
Our non-dual tantric approach to therapeutic experiential inquiry embraces and uses the full spectrum of experience rather than avoiding or denying it. Instead of treating the body and human fears and desires as obstacles to freedom, this outward-facing path views them as powerful tools for recognition and healing. Instead of escaping the physical world or labelling it as an illusion, tantra uses what is present in experience as a vehicle for awakening.
Our Approach to Non-duality
Drawing inspiration from the non-dual traditions – but stripping away religious language and dogma – we point to the only actuality: the experiential field. This field is synonymous with reality and the Self, existing as a seamless, all-embracing continuum.
While some traditions use discrimination to reject the “impure,” we embrace every transient form as holding an equal place within timeless wholeness. We do not push away or suppress anything; instead, we see that everything is the absolute.
We recognise that the perceiver and the perceived are one. The sensation of being a localised “me” is simply a habitual simulation created by an interpretive framework. In truth, there is only experiencing.
We view the universe as an existential play or great unfolding where the one expresses itself as the many. The world is not an illusion to be escaped; it is a singular manifestation appearing in a plural form.
We dismantle artificial hierarchies, holding the full spectrum of existence without judgment. Guided by the maxim “this too is absolute reality,” we see every moment as a doorway. Unlike paths of self-improvement, this is a way of recognition: acknowledging that we have always been the infinite appearing as the finite.
I’m a counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, with a background in NHS mental health services, staff training, recovery college tutoring, and service innovation. I host The Nonduality Podcast, founded the first non-dual therapy directory, and am dedicated to making the message of nonduality accessible, embodied, and applicable within therapeutic contexts. I am a practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Eriksonian Hypnosis, and hold diplomas in counselling, Transpersonal Psychology and Ayurveda. I have written and edited several books on nonduality, including a collection of talks by Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj.
I’m a nondual therapy facilitator with a background in applied psychology, trauma-informed care, and transpersonal exploration. I worked for eight years as a psychologist in NHS CAMHS, focusing on attachment, adolescent mental health, and programme development. My work integrates evidence-based practice with direct experiential inquiry, following the natural unfolding of being through the lens of Reparenting as Presence. I’m passionate about honouring the depth of human experience while supporting the recognition of our already-present wholeness.
