Compassionate Peer Assisted Supervision and Support
A space to reflect, connect, and deepen through presence.
For those facilitating and integrating the Reclaiming Wholeness approach into their lives and work
Judgement is compassion in disguise. Fear of doing harm is integrity in disguise.
Together, we reveal Compassionate Attunement
Compassionate attunement is the intelligent, loving responsiveness of being to itself – not as a function of effort or morality, but as a natural, ever-present quality of This, engaged in its own revealing. It emerges when we rest in and respond from the truth of our direct experiencing.

What is ComPASS?
ComPASS is a peer-led model of practitioner supervision and support, specific to the Reclaiming Wholeness Training approach. It is grounded in the principles of Compassionate Attunement and Reparenting as Presence.
ComPASS offers a held, collaborative space where facilitators can explore their experience of using the model, reflect on their own and client work, and deepen into the dynamic intelligence of the Reclaiming Wholeness approach through Compassionate Attunement (the alive intelligence of presence).
This isn’t about fixing or performing. It’s about meeting what is – with reverence, honesty, and the quiet courage to be seen and supported.
ComPASS is how we stay in fidelity to the approach of Reclaiming Wholeness. Compassionate Attunement isn’t an add-on, it is the living core. It is what makes this approach deeply attuned to life’s intelligence – an applied radical empiricism aligned with the nondual understanding whilst recognising human complexity.
Why ComPASS?
ComPASS isn’t ‘just’ supervision in the traditional sense. It’s supervision that remembers wholeness. In the practice of nondual therapy, supervision isn’t just about reviewing sessions or developing skills.
It’s about recognising how being, through the human experience, continues to unfold through us as facilitators and allowing this unfolding to inform, soften, and deepen as presence with others – in service as the Self, to the Self.
A space to gently hold both your integrity and your uncertainty.
A space to practice meeting fear, judgement, or confusion with presence.
A space to remember: you are not apart from This – and you never were.
